Since fiscal 2015, as part of its proactive support for employees involved in child care, Tokyo Century has held the “Dads & Moms Lunch Community” during the lunch break to encourage interaction between employees balancing work and child care and to create a comfortable working environment.

In fiscal 2023, the program was held twice, with 3 women and 6 men participating.

The participants empathized with each other on the common topics of child care and work and deepened their interaction through conversation.
