Training for Young Employees by Year of Employment

Tokyo Century conducts training program fostering personal growth that employees find their work fulfilling while objectively understanding the characteristics of one’s own personality and the skills should be developed for the future and choosing skills and abilities that they want to cultivate by themselves being supported by boss.

Managerial Training

Tokyo Century conducts training for managers with the goal of defining the duties, knowledge, and skills demanded of managerial employees; improving the management abilities essential to the cultivation and application of human resources; and to ensure managers engage in fair and impartial evaluations as evaluators.

Career Design Training

For the career through the professional life of each employee, Tokyo Century establishes the Career Design Office in Personnel Division to support the employees acting as principal in composing and designing their career realization. Tokyo Century opens the counters for training and interviews, and optional consultation by generation and makes efforts in the career development of employees.

Global Human Resource Cultivation

In order to cultivate human resources able to flourish on a global stage, Tokyo Century holds correspondence courses, sends employees to external language schools, and dispatches employees for training at local subsidiaries overseas.

Support for Ability Development

Tokyo Century aids employee learning through a bonus system for employees who have completed distance learning courses and a subsidy system for employees who have obtained qualifications relevant to their work.
