Since fiscal 2015, as part of its proactive support for employees involved in child care, Tokyo Century has held the “Moms and Dads Lunch Community” during the lunch break to encourage interaction between employees balancing work and child care and to create a comfortable working environment.

In fiscal 2022, the program was held five times, with seven women and 14 men participating.
The participants empathized with each other on the common topics of child care and work and deepened their interaction through conversation.
