Tokyo Century Gave a Lecture on Career Design at the University

Tokyo Century gave a lecture on the theme of “Companies, jobs, and your career design” in a course on career design at Shirayuri University.
The lecture was delivered by an employee of Tokyo Century’s Career Design Office. This is the fourth time we have held this program since 2019 as part of a career design class at Shirayuri University.
During the question-and-answer session, there were a lot of questions from students about how to take inventory of their past experiences to recognize their own values, how to continue to balance work with life events, and so forth. We could see their positive attitude of trying to put one thing into action from tomorrow.
Tokyo Century believes that personnel are the real assets and driving force for a company’s sustainable growth. Going forward, we will continue our educational and academic support activities.
