Concluded a capital and business alliance agreement with Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT). Implemented a third-party allotment of shares to NTT and ITOCHU Corporation as subscribers.

NTT TC Leasing Co., Ltd., a JV established with the NTT Group, started its operation. The JV deals with businesses originally spun off from the leasing and global businesses of NTT Finance Corporation.
