Dividend Policy
The Tokyo Century Group believes that continuous business expansion and efforts to strengthen its corporate structure will lead to enhanced corporate value. Our basic policy for achieving these goals is to enhance retained earnings while delivering long-term, stable returns to shareholders.
Under Medium-Term Management Plan 2030, we aim to achieve both long-term growth in shareholder value and stable dividend payments. We adopt progressive dividends as a baseline and aim to increase dividends driven by earnings growth, targeting a dividend payout ratio of 35% or higher. Retained earnings will be allocated to growth investments, consisting primarily of M&A and collaborations with partners that drive portfolio transformation. Through this strategy, we will optimize our business portfolio with a focus on increasing capital efficiency and profits.
