TC Agency Corporation was established, through a merger between Tokyo Lease Kanzai K.K. and Century Business Service, Inc.

Acquired 66.5% of the shares of IHI Finance Support Corporation.

Established Dalian Bingshan Group Hua Hui Da Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., a joint venture along with Dalian Bingshan Group Co., Ltd., the largest refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment manufacturer in China.

Acquired interest in Aviation Capital Group LLC, a U.S.-based commercial aircraft lessor, and made it to an equity-method affiliate.(consolidated in December 2019)

July
Acquired 70% of shares in Shinko Real Estate Co., Ltd.(currently TC Kobelco Real Estate Co., Ltd.), a subsidiary of Kobe Steel, being engaged in the real estate business, and made it to a consolidated subsidiary.

Acquired additional shares of Bplats, Inc., and made it an equity-method affiliate.
2019
March
Acquired 60% of shares in Amada Lease Co., Ltd., a lease company of Amada Holdings Co., Ltd. (currently Amada Co., Ltd.) and converted it into a consolidated subsidiary.
April
Acquired 20% of ordinary shares in Yoma Fleet Ltd., an auto leasing and car sharing company under SPA Group, a leading conglomerate in Myanmar and converted it into an equity-method affiliate.
June
Acquired 50% shares in ITOCHU Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (currently ITOCHU TC Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.), a subsidiary of ITOCHU Corporation and converted it into an equity-method affiliate.

TCUSA, Tokyo Century’s local subsidiary in the U.S, acquired 100% of issued shares in AP Equipment Financing Inc., a U.S. independent leasing and financing company with a focus on work trucks and vans and arbor equipment and vehicles, and made it to a wholly owned subsidiary.
2020
February
Concluded a capital and business alliance agreement with Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT).
Implemented a third-party allotment of shares to NTT and ITOCHU Corporation as subscribers.
July
NTT TC Leasing Co., Ltd., a JV established with the NTT Group, started its operation. The JV deals with businesses originally spun off from the leasing and global businesses of NTT Finance Corporation.
Acquired 14.9% of outstanding ordinary interest in the shareholding company of the Advantage Partners Group.
