FY2025 Working Parents Lunch Community Held

Since fiscal 2015, Tokyo Century has been hosting the Working Parents Lunch Community, an internal lunchtime networking event for employees raising children. The initiative aims to support working parents and foster a workplace environment that facilitates a healthy work-life balance between career and childcare.

The session held in December 2025 brought together employees who returned from childcare leave during the year, as well as those who recently welcomed new babies to their families. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, participants actively exchanged insights on post-return workstyles and practical childcare tips.
