A member of Tokyo Century’s Career Design Office gave a lecture on career design at Shirayuri University.

This lecture was aimed at the second- and third-year students of Shirayuri University and was intended to deepen their understanding of the organization of a company and working, and to develop a concrete and positive image of their careers after graduation. The lecture focused on the themes of "What is a job," "What is a company," and "What is a career of your own," and there was a lively exchange of opinions in the discussion that followed.

After the lecture, students made comments such as "Hearing from people who actually work at a company, I had an image of myself becoming a member of society," "I thought that if I could show my strength and grow in my own way, my future life would be brighter," and "I felt it necessary to think about options from a broader perspective, not just the dreams and goals I have in mind," which all indicate the high level of interest in career design.

Tokyo Century will continue to support educational and academic support activities through lectures at universities and other institutions.
