Completion of Acquisition of CSI Leasing, Inc.

Century Tokyo Leasing Corporation ("CTL") is pleased to announce that the acquisition of shares in CSI Leasing, Inc. ("CSI"), announced in the press release titled "CSI Leasing to become a wholly owned subsidiary" (February 22, 2016), has completed and CSI is now a wholly owned subsidiary of CTL.

The global IT leasing market is expected to continue its growth, supported by rapid advances in technology and expanded application.
On June 9, 2016, CTL was jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Tokyo Stock Exchange as a "Competitive IT Strategy Company" for two consecutive years. Integrating CTL's expertise in Japan's IT leasing market and CSI's expertise in FMV [Fair Market Value] leasing, CTL strives to support its customers in formulating their IT strategies through providing world-class services in IT leasing.
