Completion of Acquisition of Interests in Aviation Capital Group

Tokyo Century Corporation ("TC") is pleased to announce that the acquisition of 20% of interests in Aviation Capital Group LLC ("ACG"), announced in our press release dated September 29, 2017, has been completed and ACG is now an equity-method affiliate of TC.

TC plans to continue focusing on developing its aircraft-related businesses as a field with long term growth forecasted. In addition to aircraft operating lease business mainly developed through ACG, TC's focus will continue to be on the financing business, engine leasing, aircraft parts financing and other innovative businesses related to aircraft assets.
