PT. Century Tokyo Leasing Indonesia (CTI), Tokyo Century’s local subsidiary in Indonesia, constantly delivers financial literacy lectures initiated by OJK (Financial Services Authority of Indonesia), aiming to increase the literacy index and financial inclusion to the society.
In 2020, OJK launched some programs for students, especially for lower elementary students, such as: The Financial Literacy Book Series for an early age; and Launching of One Student One Bank Account.
In 2020, CTI held a financial literacy lecture with a topic, “Let’s talk About Money” for elementary school students.

“CTI 2020 Financial Literation”, was successfully held on December 8, 2020, attended by approximately 40 participants, the 5th and 6th elementary grades from Pratiwi School, Depok, West Java. Align with OJK campaign, CTI delivered a presentation, “Spending, Saving, and Sharing”, and how to manage their own allowance.

This year, the lecture was held via Zoom Meeting, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It began with the OJK video showing a story of Sikapi Family (OJK’s Student Campaign character).

Through this event, CTI donated books to the school to support literacy activities for students.
