Completion of Acquisition of Additional Interest in GA Telesis

Tokyo Century Corporation ("Tokyo Century") is pleased to announce that the acquisition of  additional interest in GA Telesis, LLC ("GAT"), announced in our press release "Acquisition of additional interest in GA Telesis" dated October 1, 2018, has been completed. Tokyo Century currently holds a total of 49.2% interest in GAT, a global leader in providing integrated solutions to the aviation and aerospace industries, and has become the largest shareholder of GAT.

All Nippon Airways Trading Co., Ltd. ("ANA Trading") has also completed its new acquisition of a 10% interest in GAT. Tokyo Century, ANA Trading and GAT are currently working on the execution of the new engine leasing joint-venture towards its establishment within 2018.

Tokyo Century plans to continue focusing on developing its aircraft-related businesses as a field with long term growth forecasted. In addition to the aircraft operating lease business and financing business, Tokyo Century will continue to focus on the engine leasing, aircraft parts financing and other innovative businesses related to aircraft assets to further advance its presence in the aviation market.
