Planting Mangroves as Part of Out-of-Office Training
Employees of our subsidiary in Thailand attended a lecture on the importance of maintaining mangroves, which is the habitat for fish, shellfish, monkeys and other life forms, the importance of doing so to the environment in a training session held outside the office. After the lecture, the employees took part in planting mangroves.

Explaining Japanese Culture in St. Louis, U.S.A.
An employee of CSI, in St. Louis, Missouri (U.S.A.) introduced students at prestigious Washington University to Japanese culture and the structure of financing and leasing, and explained the differences between business environments in Japan and the United States. Two weeks after the lecture, 20 students from Washington University visited CSI as part of the company's two-way exchange program to contribute to the local community in St. Louis.
